Hello and Welcome! I’m Nain Delphine Nyambi, though you can call me Nine or Delphine. As the Founder and Executive Director of Beacons’ Early Learning Collective, I bring over 22 years of global experience in education, training, and strategic management.
Growing up in a family of educators, I’ve always been passionate about creating vibrant, inclusive spaces where children can explore, discover, and shine. I’m dedicated to supporting not just the children, but also the families, staff, and community that make Beacons’ so special.
When I’m not at Beacons’, I’m likely enjoying tea, spending time with my kids, or exploring diversity through learning experiences. I’m excited to be part of your child’s journey and to see them thrive in our nurturing, dynamic environment.
Hello! I’m Kimberly Corley, the Program Director for Beacons’ Early Learning Collective. With nearly 20 years of experience in community support and daycare management, I’ve dedicated my career to creating environments where care and collaboration thrive.
I hold diplomas in Personal Support Work, Social Work, and Recreation, along with certifications in Crisis Management and more. As a mom of three, including twins, I understand the challenges of balancing work and family. My dedication to quality care comes from my personal experience of wanting the best for my own children. At Beacons’, we’re committed to providing a nurturing space where every child can grow, learn, and shine.

Hi there! I’m Oluwatosin Elizabeth Ogunsan, the Operations and People Solutions Manager at Beacons’ Early Learning Collective and its subsidiaries. With over seven years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Childcare, and personnel management, I make sure our centers run like a well-oiled machine—efficient, smooth, and always focused on what matters most: the children.
Before joining Beacons’, I was a Business/Data Analyst at TD Bank, where I honed my skills in data analysis and process improvement. These experiences have equipped me to implement smart, effective practices that keep everything on track. As a mom of three, I know firsthand how important it is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
