Complete and submit the registration form. We’ll review the information to ensure it’s complete and check for space availability in the appropriate program.
Once your registration form is reviewed and space is preliminarily allocated, we’ll contact you to schedule a personalized tour of our facility.

If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide additional enrollment forms, including medical records and consent forms, to finalize your application. Please note: Submit the completed application within 5 business days to secure your spot, or it may go to the next family on the waiting list.
We’ll review your completed application and confirm your child’s space in our program. You’ll receive a notification with all the details within 3 business days.
Upon acceptance, we’ll confirm your child’s enrollment, schedule an orientation, and guide you through the contract signing and initial payment process.
Get ready for the first day! We’ll provide a welcome packet 5 days before the start date to ensure your child’s smooth transition into their new learning environment.

Your child will begin a tailored integration program for at least 3 days to ease their transition into the Center. During the first 2 weeks, we’ll continue to monitor your child’s adjustment, providing extra support and regular updates to ensure a smooth integration.
We keep the lines of communication open with regular updates, parent meetings, and newsletters, ensuring you stay connected with your child’s progress.

Our Admissions Policy provides comprehensive details on the enrollment process, including fee structures and payment options.
Late Pick-Up Fee: A charge applies for late pick-up after 6:00 p.m. each day your child is in our facilities beyond the designated closing time.
Special Provisions Fee: Additional charges may apply for special diets, equipment, or staffing needs, determined on a case-by-case basis. Terms will be discussed with parents before implementation.
NSF Charges: A charge applies for all NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) cheques.
Withdrawal Policy – Notice Requirement: Written notice of withdrawal must be provided two months in advance to ensure the deposit is credited to the account. Failure to provide notice will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy also applies to parents with subsidy arrangements through the City of Ottawa.
